The cost of developing film at this place has risen steadily over the last few years, and the number of Fs about quality control has fallen correspondingly. If you value your negatives, avoid photo warehouse

My personal experience was visiting the store on a Sunday with the hopes of coming out with a new drone. That wasn't the case on the day we went, all sales people were either busy with a customer or facing a computer at the front desk. We stood around and looked at the showroom for a good 15-20 mins but no one came to assists us or ask if we needed anything. Yes it's a Sunday and we could see they they were busy, but surely they couldn't ask just for a moment if we needed anything? So we left and bought the drone from another store for a slightly cheaper price too, great store btw, pitty we weren't served hence this feedback placed ;)

My last visit here last year 2016 sales man hard sell on the tripod i was interested in and camera bag .. pushy sales person..uncomfortable experience ended up buying from another store

A couple of years ago I bought an expensive 3 axis geared Manfrotto tripod head (over $300). They showed me the shop demo model all good, so I bought one. When I opened it, I noticed scratches on it. I thought I'll just live with it. One of the three axes was a bit loose and I wondered if it was meant to be like that. A few months later I found out that some one must have dropped it and damaged the top axis. On closer inspection I noticed one of the screws had been tampered with like someone tried to fix it. Nice one Photo Warehouse, this will likely be the only tripod head I will own for the rest of my life and it will be the one where you managed to offload your damaged merchandise on me. I suspect some other customer returned it after they dropped it, and you decided to keep selling it until someone didn't return it. Completely fed up with dodgy retailers. I guess you guys can sleep well at night knowing you didn't lose any money over it all.

Prices are high to average, staff seem to have a low technical knowledge of stock, but they are friendly.

These guys know their stuff but don't make you feel like you don't. Laid back but would move mountains to help you or source what you need. And parking at the door. Doesn't get better than that.
