Good food, good service. A tad too much salt for my liking. For example, with the spring rolls I got, there was salt sprinkled on top quite generously which might suit some but maybe tell the waiter to ask kitchen staff to not do this if you're watching out for salt intake. Still, pretty tasty food. The roti bread and curry sauce were rather good!

The haloumi and beetroot salad is very good, and there is a marvellous choice of slices and treats for dessert. Coffee is excellent.

Definitely a great place to unwind after lab work and whatever uni related work considering the proximity. Drink selections are plentiful, ambience is great, and the outdoor area is perfect as well for smokers. Looks like a possible go to place for after school!

Went here before a game at the Forsyth Barr stadium. They gave us a seat in the bar and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu only had about 5 dishes but this was a good thing. We had lamb and fish and both were exceptional. They had a fantastic range of beers on tap as well. All in all a great way to spend a whole evening or grab a spot of dinner before the game.

If you live out of Dunedin and want to host a 21st in Dunedin, this is the place to do it..
We live in Brisbane and found Dean incredibly easy to work with.. Prompt replies and he suggested things we hadn't thought of.. He made it so easy and showed no impatience when we were not as helpful as he is.
At the actual 21st party, the staff were amazing. They worked with us as if they knew us well.. I did not get their names, an should have as they were outstanding as far as providing a warm inviting arptmosphere went. It was better than having it in our own home.
We had it in one of the villas and if the weather was warmer, could have opened out into the courtyard..response / report this review
