Disappointing for the price charged. No bathroom soap, no change of towels or room servicing - 2 night stay. Shower cubicle very small - couldn't move without bumping control lever. Bunk room very small.

Still a nice place to stay! But very run down in need of an upgrade, for 2 people with discount was $46 on a non powered site , we only stay as it was late otherwise would stay elsewhere

Also it's in the middle of the subberbs
Top 10 really need to get on top of this park and sort it out. Or sell it

I rang up to try get a booking she was very abrupt, I found it was pretty sad that you can only have a Maximum Nights of 3 nights then i see its 4 and 5 nights..seems to change All we wanted to do was get away for 2 days holiday..Pass on this one for sure..I didnt like the attitude she gave over the phone

Needs a little updating. Especially in the rooms. I would recommend bringing your own pillow cases, the ones provided didn't look clean and had stains all over

Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen seemed clean. Cabin basic but clean. Staff friendly.

The town seems fully booked this day and it was the only place where we could stay. The staff was friendly, but the standard cabin we had was Old fashioned. Not a single renovation or maintenance since it was build and no liners or towels.

Im sorry but I was really disappointed with our family unit for the price we paid to stay. First we made our own beds there was only two very thin blankets and it was a cold night, lucky for me I brought more. I wouldn't use the polar fleece blanket as it was completely covered in someones long hair, was not clean at all, Sheets and pillows and towels were beautiful however. The unit was well presented with new dark blinds etc which was brilliant for mornings. Kitchen came with everything but the smallest thing like a can opener should be a must. Another surprise was no soap even tho there was a soap holder there was no soap in it, no flannels and a heater that didn't work and no Iron. When I booked it was my understanding that I booked a full functionally unit my family could stay in without travel with lots of extras. We felt with the price of the unit $200+ a night and then having to pay for spa, Trikes, WiFi for the kids it was very expensive for what we received.
