This is a really good place to improve your life quality. You'll get professional advice from raw pharmacist Rachelle. She helped me realized that I need to improve mine. I'm taking the supplements she suggested and feeling good. I don't have reflux anymore and be full of energy everyday. No more suffering from stress and anxiety. I've been in to Net Pharmacy a number of times. I find Rachelle really helpful and she takes the time to understand what it is that you're after, and she is able to recommend some great quality products to help. I keep going back because of this great, personalised service!

I bought items from them online in the past and made an inquiry via email but didn't get a reply.

I recently wanted to buy something from the store so I called up to enquire if they have a certain supplement in-store so I don't have to wait. I was answered by a rude Chinese-sounding lady who made me feel like she's doing me a really big favour. Was repeatedly being told they don't have the product - but I said I'm currently staring at in on their webpage. She then asked me what the product is, again (didn't seem to really care that she understood what I was saying)! So I tried to spell the product name She seemed to be struggling with English spelling so I had to spell out the product several times (and even used the phonetic alphabet to make it clearer - duh, of course that wouldn't work either, silly of me to try) she gave out a deep sigh and said "Oh my god, can you repeat again" and she sounded so annoyed. I'm not going to buy from this store again. Found a TradeMe store which seem to have better price for similar products (lookup healthnbeauty in TradeMe - no I'm not affiliated with them and not getting anything from this recommendation) or try looking at tasmanhealth, pharmacydirect, or healthpost if buying online is an option for you.
