Out of the down town and I think to far to walk. Clean and tidy. A bit older. Our room was tucked around the back near the laundry which left a little too be desired. Person who checked us in was great. Helpful with suggestions on what you see and do.

Nice location just a short distance from downtown Wanaka. Staff was very friendly and the room exceeded our expectations. Every appliance (stovetop, coffeemaker, dishwashing materials) was available, as well as comfortable beds and ample space in our studio. Highly recommend.

It's fairly near to the town but you don't get to the lake view. Owners were extremely welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for the perfect stay

Located in a quiet neighbourhood which can be hard to find. The reception was friendly, with good info about the town. The room was clean and we found it spacious for a family of four. The provision of plunger coffee was appreciated.

There are no shops nearby, you'll have to drive into town for provisions. Wanaka is very pretty and is a great place to relax. It's way less busy than nearby Queenstown.

Rooms amazingly large. Attached bath and kitchen. Also has drying rack for mild laundry needs. Free unlimited WiFi. Also has living hall and small dining area.

Cosy room with everything you would need. Excellent service with great attention to detail. Milk was provided for coffee when we arrived. Heater was turned on prior to our arrival which was a nice gesture as well.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, unlimited wifi - can't complaint. Place was awesome for the price. Only downside is that it's not really in walking distance of downtown.
