    Room clean and spacious.

*Bed are two single beds pushed together to make a queen and I felt like grandpa and grandma in the old days when they wanted to have some fun!! Also during the night it was a challenge to keep from being sucked in between the two beds as they move! ((Come on shotover we payed good money to be in this room and you treat us like this?!

    * Balcony far from private, in-fact if you really wanted to visit your neighbors all it would take is one leg over the rail and you are there! This really needs to be fixed for safety and security of guests! Our view from the balcony was onto a construction zone at the timelovely!

    * Shower and toilet, smelt moldy when we arrived might need a clean and air freshener installed! Shower it self was ok but a long wait for hot water too come through?!

*Random noises from guests could be herd from flushing toilets to conversations.

**internet wasn’t easy to log into and went down stairs to reception to ask for help although he did try to help and was very friendly I couldn’t log in!! After a few try’s was told that they have had trouble with apple devices in the past! One would of thought if such an issue was prevalent that you would of had technicians look at it? However was later told that I needed google chrome not a simply thing to install when your from overseas and trying to watch your data roaming costs.any how this fixed the issue and was able log in to the net.((net did slow down later in the night due to guests logging in!))

*Hotel local business book was not up to date we rang a few places in the book for dinner and found out a few had gone all together or had changed and were a completely different restaurant now! This really needs to be updated!

In conclusion we paid good money to stay here and didn’t get what we expected for a deluxe room booking thank god we only booked one night!

Their suits are clean and spacious. The communal kitchen is equipped with commercial equipments. It was nice to have chances to cook our own meals during a long trip. The rate was a bargain. The reason for only 4 stars is because there is no lift/elevator in their three story building. We have to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. I would recommend to stay on the first floor for people carrying their ski equipments.

Room is laid out like a hospital corner bathroom and all. Kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, sink, dishes, cutlery. King bed is 2 singles pushed together & they're not the most comfortable and padded beds (as my back tells me today). No electric blankets. No hair dryer in room (you get one from the reception). Laundry - each level has a laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers - $4 per wash / dry and buy powder from reception at $2.50 each satchet - they sell small amounts of food also. TV is small, haven't watched it - but it's a 30" (or thereabouts). Value for money (including facilities), it's a lil overpriced but that's to be expected in Queenstown when you're 10kms from the main Queenstown city and literally 5 minutes drive up to Coronet Peak.

Nice location. Right at the base of Coronet ski resort, good for night skiing. Warm and clean. Nice staff. With Microwave in kitchen

Room was clean and well organised. However we could hear people above and beside us using the bathroom and shower. Was also a bit weird getting into the room. It had a nice sliding door to the outside patio area but you couldnt lock it, which was frustrating because you could park right outside but had to walk all the way through the weird corridors to get to your room.

We stayed overnight at the Shotover lodge. We were given a ground floor apartment. The room contained the basics, a microwave, mini bar fridge, small LCD TV and a queen size bed (two king singles zipped together). The room was ok. A bit of noise could be heard from the upstairs and next door neighbours. Nothing particularly remarkable about the apartment. It was functional and basic.

Average at best. The rooms were not great. The lobby was locked when we got in around 10pm to check in. Had to walk around shouting "hello!" Until the one staff member heard me from somewhere. The rooms were OK. The parking lot was really packed and I had a spot somewhat far away on the gravel during the rain. The location is about 15-20 minutes outside the city center.

Too noisy. People getting in late and continuing to party after 1am. When asked to move to a quieter room answer was no, to get out of bed and ring the manager on the night phone if it happens again. Other guests coming and going all night. Got woken up several times because of this.

Construction happening next door late into Saturday afternoon. Dust from the site blowing everywhere all Sunday. Not the motels fault, but not ecstatic about paying full rate for the room here.

Room was very dark. The only window had a curtain and no nets, less than a metre away from the busy carpark.

Great place. I like it because it's not in the noise of Queenstown. Easy access to Queenstown, Coronet Peak and Arrowtown. The hot pools are across the road and bowling is next door. Easy enough to save money on meals by cooking in the kitchen here. Parking can be a bit of a pain if you are arriving late but we easily parked on the road and had no issues at all.
