Amazing. Artistically presented sumptuous morsels of delight. Our waitress for the evening was friendly and thoughtful. I recommend pairing the wine to the dishes. Enjoy your evening we did.

Home Run!!! I had the Rib Steak with truffle fries and it was amazing! The bone marrow and mushrooms that came with the steak put it over the top. Wine list is great as well. I enjoyed a rare bottle of 2001 Kaesler Old Bastars Shiraz and it was perfection! I am picky about my steak and wine and this place exceeded my expectations!!!

Group of us had the 5 course menu, took and hour and half from course 1 to 2 we were all hungry and tired. Put a dampener on the whole visit. Food was ok, but it kinda gets to a point where it feels irrelevant you want it to just hurry up so you can leave and go have a cheese toasty at home in your pjs.

The bistro menu is good value for money - $45 for three courses and freshly baked bread. The ambience is strange upstairs - it's quite a tight space. Lovely food though - all of the dishes we had were very tasty.

We have visited Logan Brown a few times, this time we booked for dinner on Friday night, just the 2 of us for a special occasion that we'd been looking forward to for weeks. Unfortunately, our evening was marred by the service at Logan Brown.
We were left to stare at some butter and oil for about 30 minutes and when we finally gave up waiting and asked for some bread we were curtly informed that we had not received this because we had not yet ordered! Of course we would have ordered if given the chance.
We ended up receiving our main course 2 hours after being seated, our wine and water was taken away by the waiter and so we sat with empty glasses until I got up and fetched it myself.
The food itself was good but considering the price, a little disappointing. Cocktails were excellent.
We did not have time for dessert because of the slow service. We did receive several apologies and a generous voucher but we will give this away as I don't think we will return here.

High tea: Pretty disappointing actually. Very very small bits, and actually didn't even enjoy the slim pickings that were there. Was really looking forward as I love dinner at Logan brown. Went with a group of 13 and left unsatisfied, underwhelmed, and feeling a little ripped off to be honest.

Loved it. We came across it by chance yesterday afternoon whilst spending a day in Wellington central. We were able to get a last minute booking and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. Service by our waiter Michael was faultless, he was very personable and informative with wine recommendations. Very attentive service and the food was beautiful in presentation and in flavour. The building itself is historical and striking to look at but also had a cozy warm feel to it. I'd definitely go back next time i am in Wellington.

In the top ten of Wellington restaurants. A little expensive. Portions a little small but very tasty. Service is very good. Upmarket dinning. Great for a romantic date or a special treat.

Very good food. One of the best restaurants in the country. Amazing service. Quite expensive, but as you would expect for fine dining. Lunch options are good too
