I had a really wonderful experience with one of the staff members. She was friendly, helpful, and has set me up with the club membership. I don’t remember the name, but she was from Sydney if that helps. :)

MONEY WALKING OUT THE DOOR - Great shop but no staff to take our money - So we left !!
Huge open wonderful shop ( a retail dream), always seem to have staff but never one at the til. Some girl was fussing over stuffing a sleeping bag back into its bag for a customer (will she do it for every trip or the lady will have to learn herself?). After a minute ot 2 we had to catch her attention 3m away that we wanted to pay. She made a call. No -one came, she still fussed over the woman with the bag. After watching needless faffing and not being served, we left the tent we were about to purchase on the counter and walked out.
