website took money from my visa, but they never issued a ticket. tried to call repeatedly with no answer, left message and no call back, sent email and no one called.. still waiting to hear from them if you want your money stolen, use their website.

Got me across the strait, had a special cabin for families that allowed us to let our toddlers roam free, which was worth the price of admission. The trip, while a little rocky, was pleasant. We got some snacks from the cafeteria, and everyone was nice. Everything as expected, nothing to complain about, and we saved 150$ transporting our RV from south to north compared to the competitor.

I sailed Bluebridge from Wellington to Picton at 8am last Saturday morning. I thought I would buy myself a chicken panini for breakfast. As I was eating it I bit into a number of chicken bones, hurting my teeth. As a lady working on the boat, Elizabeth Packman, came to take my plate I let her know I had found bones in my chicken. She was very sarcastic and rude to me. She said in a sarcastic tone "Aw, do you not like bones with your chicken? I'm a vegan so" and grabbed my plate and walked off before I could reply. It was then later on that I found out she was the manager. I am very disgusted in the way she spoke to me. I was not complaining, I was informing her so she could tell the kitchen and ensure no one else is served chicken bones. If this how you treat your customers who have paid a lot of money to sail with you then I will not be sailing with Bluebridge again.

We ordered a twin cabin having spoken to two customer service staff via phone and in person at the terminal. Both assured us how clean and comfortable the cabins were.
Upon entering the cabin it smelt stale
A dirty towel behind the door, the ensuite smelt of urine and there was faeces on toilet.
But the manager was lovely, apologetic and gave us another cabin.
The company thank goodness has some good staff working for them but the cabins could do with better standards of cleanlinessresponse / report this review -

Good sized terminal, toilets and vending machines inside (inc coffee vending). Lots of seating for waiting. Bluebridge operate a shuttle bus that drives you to the ferry for boarding.

Got us from A to B very comfortably. They jump started our car when it died in the queue to get on as well. Films to watch and panoramic views inside and out. Food is good on the ferry as well and not too over priced. We even saw dolphins from the outside deck! Only problem was the wifi.

Check-in where we give our big luggages (no plastic bags for backpacks). Departure on time. Movie room, coffee/breakfast place + we can go outside to see the view.

Traveled from Picton to Wellington 7:30-10pm in one of their cabins, spacious, window, great shower and a toilet. Well worth the $10.
