We had been waiting this day to revisit the Bakery. We had scones coffee and Danish pastry. Very nice. Service was good. We were there around 7am and plenty of hungry customers. Will be back again.

Maybe the bread in Germany is netter. Bitte this rolls and the Croissant was very good. The staff are friendly.

I've generally found this a good option for a quick feed while driving through Kaikoura. Pies, sandwiches, filled rolls, slices all ok. Haven't tried their coffee or loaves of bread.

Pies were overcooked, lacked flavour and far too hot. Service was a big let down, very slow and disorganised. Bread is average at best, not really bakery quality.

If you want bakery food, go to the local New World instead. Pretty average product apart from their pies, and still not the best. The man and woman behind the counter need a lesson in customer service. Overpriced probably because only bakery in town. Not happy
