Very delicious fresh food but unfortunately the customer service was horrible! We were served but the Asian lady and she just had the worst attitude every and was scratching her head the whole time while talking order - discussing!

Quaint and comfortable cafe in the centre of town with tasty pastries and hot drinks. Nice that this place opens for the forlorn camper. Fair pricing and good customer service.

Rubbish coffee, and the satay chicken pie was some sort of chicken jelly pie with no actual pieces of chicken in it, with the tiniest squirt of generic satay flavored sauce on top. So disappointed.

Hanmer for the weekend. Craig and i thought we would get a takeaway coffee from bakery. Food and service of food was great but we had to wait 20 mins for our coffee. Guy didnt seem at all interested and certainly in no hurry. While we were waiting half a dozen people asked for their money back which still didnt seem to faze him.
And the coffee weren't great either, way too sweet!

Has this place changed hands? Burnt coffee and a chocolate eclair with a soggy base, problem for the food is it being in full view of the sun.
