If I had wanted a jellied gravy pie, I would have asked for one! How hard is it to make a half decent pie in NZ. We are a nation of pie lovers. For $5.50 in Oamaru's Precinct I expect a decent meat filled, and taste the cheese pie.

Ed bakes the best bread! I've just finished his amazing pain au levain right down to the last crisp crumb. It kept for days. And all his pies and cakes are delicious too.
