the jet boat ride is great. But their manager treating me like children pointing finger and shouting at me. I give 1 star bad service.

Beautiful river, fast boat, we got a little wet but not enough to worry about, lots of turns and spins, I would definitely do this again.

Highly recommend this experience - it only takes about a half hour and it's quite a thrill. You get very close to the base of Huka Falls. They will give you ponchos and glasses. Don't wear a hat or you'll be trying to hold it to your head the whole time.

This is a must-do for those visiting Taupo. We got the H2Ohh combo which includes the Huka Falls Jet and Tongariro white water rafting. Huka falls was fast, exciting and lots of fun. I'm amazed at how we fit through some of the narrow lines.

It was great fun and the staff were very knowledgeable. The ride was 24 minutes and not the advertised 30 minites. Still very worth it and a big thrill ride.
