Really enjoyed this tour. Guides were knowledgeable and really friendly. Amazing caves. Small group so you aren’t crowded with a whole bunch of people. Family run business, lots of glow worms to see, fall backward from a waterfall and lazily drift through caves full of glow worms on a rubber tube. Had a lot of fun!

A lovely visit turns out there are lots of other glowworm caves to visit but these folks are aggressive marketers. but they delivered the goods.

The operator of Cave World, Ross "the Boss", is such an incredibly kind and friendly man! Their caves are beautiful and you can tell they really care about your glowworm experience! They let you take your time and actually snap a few photos(unlike the Waitomo Caves) and afterward they serve you a calming and refreshing Maori Medicinal Tea(of their own recipe). I'd recommend this cave tour to anyone!

The owner and one of the guides of Cave World is incredibly friendly and offers a variety of experiences to explore the caves! People typically think to visit the Waitomo caves alone, but this is a more tight-knit and personalized experience. They also offer an opportunity to try special local tea which is a great way to top off the experience! Highly recommend.

An excellent adventure. A guided tour around the underground caverns in a tube to see some incredible sightings of thousands and thousands of glow worms. One of the best things we've seen in New Zealand!

Easy to drive to. Friendly staff provided a great experience. The cave tubing was good for all our group members from 10yrs to 66yrs. Great views of the glow worms, plus a little excitement

We had the most amazing cave tour here by Rich who was just awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a funny which helped us relax into the tour as it went on. Could not recommend more highly and is definitely worth every single cent.
