I only wish that nobody takes their car to this place, the service is terrible, they take advantage of the people!

Russell and his gang of Machinehead's wrecked my Van that I use in my business. I brought my Van in February 2017 and it had a small starting problem that made it tricky to start.

In August I took it to Russell to fix this problem and service , He made a comment at the time "why bother with that wreck " I should've walked out then and never come back anyway I didn't and after 2 weeks at his workshop and an $853 bill latter. Russell told me he can't fix my Van but that he had installed all new glow plugs and did a full service and it should start better .

My Van drove for about an hour of engine time after that and then it cut out while I was driving down the road and never went again how it is a wreck with a broken injector pump $3000 for a new one

They did not service it the way I asked with putting MOREY'S® HEAVY DUTY OIL STABILIZER in and why service it before it is fixed ? why ? Because Russell the Rat as he is know by likes to take your money that is the way He is , he has the Charm of a sack vipers the only time he smiles is when he sees making money out of you

Best advice I can give to people with car problems keep going past Twizel and to go Omarama RIP my lovey van that I spent all of my money on , oh and you think the MTA assured thing is going to help it not in this case they sided with the mechanic and his lies .

Poor service Because went there for a wof on car, and it needed new tyres , I wanted to go to a reputable tyre place but was pressed for time so I agreed to buy four new cheap rubbish chinese tyres off Russell . but the thing was as well as rubbish tyres he couldn't do a wheel alignment there . so i ended up having to go to the reputable tyre place anyway and pay an extra $89 and spend and hour waiting for an alignment that would of come complimentary with 4 good new tyres from the reputable place .

So now I am broke and driving around on slippery tyres worried whenever I am on the road in the wet

Our car died at Peters Lookout. We found a number on the website and got towed to Twizel for $200. We had to leave the car there and go back home to Chch. After a few days they called us that it's fixed and we should pick it up. We arrived and the boss wanted to show us how they fixed it, but it didn't work. So we had to wait more. They "fixed" it and charged us $400 for replacing some sensor but we didn't quite believe it and only went a few hundred meters away, where the car died again. The mechanic came and towed it back to the garage. Didn't start, but after some tries they managed to start it, saying they have no idea what's wrong and advised us to go straight to Chch and not stop the engine along the way. Professionals.
