Do not go here took apart my alarm which i payed tgese muppets over 2 grand to do owner shafted me on prive in the end aswell definatly reccomebd going else where

These guys installed a remote for my car and buttons were wrong. Boot opener doesn’t open the boot. Alarm button opens the boot. I was told they will replace this as soon as they get the new remotes and told they will contact me. But no one contacted me. So, I gave them a call today and what they said that they can’t do a thing about that and I have to use it as it is. Spend extra money for boot opener as well. Proper sparky won’t tell a thing like that. They are only pro with the name. Not with the service or the knowledge. Disappointed with the service. Kept the car for 4 hours just to install a cheap and faulty remote. Wouldn’t recommend. Would give 0 stars but it’s not possible. So gave a 1 star.

Came in at 10am on a Saturday to inquire about getting an alarm and immobiliser installed. I could tell they were busy but they got the job done that day, even had to do a little bit of overtime. The system works perfectly. Good job, would recommend.

Never have I encountered so many problems and such ambivalent service. Taking this stereo system back to fix has become a part time job. I have lost recollection of the amount of times I have taken the car back in. I have lost recollection of the amount of instillation faults. The latest problem is the front right speaker has stopped working (for the second time). I rang ahead then left the car for the afternoon to come back and find it has not been fixed. Prior to this I was reduced to writing a letter and threatening that if all of the problems were not fixed I would demand a refund through the consumer guarantees act. If I was not a busy guy I would. If you value your time do not get an installation from here. I am a pretty reasonable and understanding guy. This is sadly the worst customer service I have experienced on the planet to date.

Received fantastic service! After calling with a last minute service they said I could come in straight away and put in a new stereo for me. They answered all my question no problems and went through with me why the stereo I bought was broken helped me pick out a new one and explained everything to me so I left fully understanding what they had done and got it all at a great price too! Cheapest place to install an audio system and were able to do it quickly! Thank you all for your wonderful service and all your help! Left as a very happy costumer!
