Nice. What is disappointing is too much offering of plastic bags/ absence of composting and recycling facilities for cafe packaging. For this reason I cannot recommend

Love going to this place but today was disappointing as food came out far too slow. We were all travelling back to Christchurch in 3 cars. Family members with a baby had to get their pies as takeaways in the end after waiting 15-20 minutes and had to leave other members of family behind still waiting for their whitebait butties. We were all travelling back to Christchurch together but were separated after this. Hopefully things will be better when we call in next time.

Great shop, all the organic food you can think of, also sells lollies from our childhood. Can get real milk bottle lollies and smokers. Great ice cream as well, favourite stop when returning from Tekapo.

Great find on main drag. Very big. Free wi fi good menu. Clean friendly. Worth a visit as footie golf on site as is the dam Orchard. Lovely

Always a great stop when travelling south. Nice place for the kids to have a break during a trip.
Really popular, especially over holiday weekends, so getting a table can be a challenge at times.
