OMG! The food there was amazing! I was so stuffed at the end. Everything was delicious! But the ice cream was melting very quickly. It melt before I even got a chance to kinda eat it.

Awesome variety of food and deliciously tasty! Price is reasonable for a buffet. The whole atmosphere at Fortuna is pretty awesome as well :)

So, my family had a big birthday event here and booked out for 30+ people. Was good quality for the price. Would prefer more savory foods and the bread was quite hard. Would have loved more little snacky foods and less heavy desserts. Having said that, the rest of the food was amazing. It was satisfying for me as a vegetarian. Lots of options. They handled the amount of people well, and the man who cleared our tables was nice. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and the food was great! The only problem I had was the desserts, I couldn't bring myself to finish a lot of the ones I had tried. Other than that, I will be coming back soon!

The meats are excellent, and nachoes are worth a try. The price isn't bad during off-peak days so check it out if you can.

I was impressed with the variety of food and for the price this was really good. I had difficulty booking at Fortuna, they messed up the booking and took no responsibility. My partner rang them on the phone and were very rude to her. Service here was sub standard, we had to repeat the whole booking to the front desk, when we had emailed in and confirmed it all before we arrived (A lack of communication between management and staff). If you need assistance you need to go to them. The bar closed early at 9:15 and then at 10 we were asked to leave. We were given dirty looks and felt unwelcome. The service was crap, and this is the 4th time I have interacted with staff here at SkyCity and on different occasions. I wont be back that is for sure.

Fortuna about 2 years ago was honestly worth your money I've been there twice in the month of January 2017 once for lunch priced at $25 and the other for dinner $38 everything was horrible. Just plain horrible. Really unsatisfying everything from the bread and soup to the salads sides and mains down to the dessert flat out Rip off for the price you pay. It's pretty safe to say there are no decent buffet restaurants in Akl. If there is one please let me know I really love a good buffet.
