Very loud and vibrant place for dinning (small space between tables and always full of people). But yummy delicious food and uniqueness to Japanese dishes. The waiters/waitresses are always friendly and welcoming. Recommend a booking before showing up, a very busy restaurant at night. Been more than a couple of times already. Pleasant experience :)

Great service, and great value food. Not much more you can ask for. Best to book because it does get busy!

The thing you gotta love about Japanese food is it comes out so quick which is great when you have young hungry children. The service was friendly and courteous, the food was superb! I can see what other reviewers say about close tables (when the restaurant is full) but for our experience tonight, it was a fabulous family evening out.

Excellent Food! Kid friendly place However.. COUPLES BEWARE.. when Saturday night 6pm. It was full by 6.15pm. Its not a romantic setting at all. Crying babies, kids running.. what is a real shame because the food is so good and cheap. I understand that the staff can't control who comes in but HIGLEY recommend for a quieter night.

Stopped by for a dinner with a fairly large group. The place was also quite full even though it was a Wednesday night. There happened to be two birthday parties that day and they dim the lights when they bring out the cake/dessert. Even though it was fairly full the service was still quite good.
The food was really nice, I went with a beef sukiyaki with a side of katsu. What was interesting was that with the sukiyaki you can order a zousui where they add rice and egg to the left over sukiyaki sauce for a final dish. Really interesting and nice.
Good food and nice service so its no surprise that they are busy. If you are really wanting to come here a booking is recommended since they are busy.

Food is reasonable and fresh. But the main issue with this place is that they cram the tables into a very small area. I went here last week and they put us right next to another table so close that the strangers next to me were closer to me than my wife I was having dinner with. So close that the strangers could hear everything we said and could touch your food. I wont be going back for this reason, it just makes for an extremely uncomfortable dining experience, just so they can make a little extra money.
