First time visit in store. I’ve only purchased online. The store is an ABSOLUTE VIBE. Sales on sales!
I went in with 4 children (not the greatest idea) But they were all occupied by conversation with Jenny when I was trying on clothes. You can tell she got that Mum’s intuition 😂

Online orders for in-store collection takes a week when the website says 4 hours. Other than that it's a niche brand many young people would enjoy donning around NZ.

Purchased a dress online, was too big. Because it was a sale item they wouldn’t even exchange it for the smaller size that they have in stock. Terrible customer service, will not be purchasing from them again.

I have made several orders through Federation - They always have super fast processing and shipping and easy to talk to. Even when there was a mix up with orders (understandable so close to Christmas) they got it sorted ASAP and even helped out a little. Will definitively keep purchasing their products in the future

Really love the design of their stuff and how comfy the material is. However customer service isn't that great. Ordered a size medium trackies once, got a text saying they're out of that size and they can send me a small, they're a looser fit. I asked if I could send them back if they didn't fit. No reply they just sent them out and they certainly weren't a looser fit. Also every time I get trackies from them, they always get holes quite quickly and the material wears out easily.
