  Good customer service but their coverage map is really bad and can't be trusted. Please don't rely on their map because it is worse coverage than competitors

  Really astonished by the arrogant behavior of the tech guy. First the team sells me something that doesn't work, although I shared the camera specs and sim requirements from the very first day, and then they failed to fix it, then refused to take it back and insisted that I will have to pay for the package for 30 days. Not just that, when I said the camera works fine with the 2 degree sim, he accused me of lying and 'I dont know that'. unbelievable.

  Great service, friendly staff, on the ball and technically savvy. Stress free, I don't know why I write this, but that's how I felt as a customer in this store. Clean, millennial look. So are their cell phones.
