These guys import some great kit, but the service that comes with is pretty poor.. I have been into the shop 6-10 times and purchased a bike there. I get the feeling no-one really gives a dam - sale or no sale. The workshop did little or nothing on the bikes six week service (certainly didn't do what they said they would). If you're looking for good advice and good service, or a good workshop service, head elsewhere.

I had a great experience with my last order. Did some Internet shopping Tues night, get notice of up to 5 day leadtime Wed (no worries it's not urgent). Delivery arrives complete on Thurs. Perfect result I love when a company exceeds expectations rather than having to chase up a delivery. Will definitely use Evo cycles again.

My wife wanted to upgrade her road bike seat - very good advise and service. they took the time to listen and gave appropriate advice. Very happy and will be back for sure.

Generally good service - the guy knew what he was talking about, but was a bit presumptuous. I like to be told why something is way it is, not just take it for granted. They did the work as expected and the communication on when things were ready for collection was good (text message). Prices on parts very competitive. Prices on service etc on par with elsewhere. Good range of products.
