My experience with Elite was efficent and plesant
I had bora in an old cupboard which they heat treated for me. Well priced
Great result so now other furniture is safe

I have found this firm to be efficient, informative and very proffessional. They go out of their way to answer any queries and they care that the job is successsful in fact will ring to make sure that it was!

After two weeks of trying to contact this company..repeated voice messages.. I finally arranged a meeting at 1.45pm I have a busy schedulearrived on time to be told by staff they came in at 10am!! Wouldn't mind them being early! just they texted me a reminder earlier that day it was 1.45pm!!
The staff had no idea what was going on and the person apparently said they didn't perform the treatment I'd asked for! You would think a fly spray treatment was in the realms of pest control???

Very friendly, fast and professional. We had a HUGE problem with spiders and webs and flies in Lyttelton, so big that Elite suggested it might take 2 or 3 years to get on top of it. We appreciated that honesty (it was really bad). After 1 year it's SO much better and we're about to go again for year number 2. Definitely recommend.
