  I recommend you find a better vet that actually cares and isn't trying to suck you dry for your money.
  
  This place is absolutely ridiculous. My family has taken our different german shepherds here for over two decades now. For a vet hat should be reputable considering they service the NZ Police Force, i am utterly disgusted at their service as of recent.
  
  There are a few staff that cannot organise a piss up in a brewery! I was advised by the vet that my dog should undertake an extensive blood panel, 3 months later have not received any information associated with this and I receive a final invoice letter threatening to take legal action. I hope so, because I am almost 100% sure that I am protected under the consumers guarantees act.
  
  I' have asked numerous times to be contacted to discuss the results of the extensive blood test and cannot believe how many incompetent people can be hired within one company.
  
  Thanks for wasting my time, money and memories. I thought Marshall & Pringle was not apathetic but they are just like the rest. Instead they see our pets as moving cash because those who actually care about there pets, will do everything they can to make their life better.

  We've been going here with our difficult German Shepherd for over six years. The team here are fantastic and well capable of handling our (sadly) dangerous dog! I wouldn't go to any other vet.
