  Freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht. 250 NZ$ pro Nacht in einer sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Bleibe im Januar 2017 ist im nur wenig frequentierten Dunedin eindeutig zu viel. Duschraum dürfte öfters gründlich geputzt werden. Viele Stockflecken, angeschlagene Möbel, fehlende Batterien in Elektrogeräten runden das Bild an. Geht lieber ein Haus weiter. 2 Kategorien besser und günstiger.

  Initial impression good clean and good parking. However shower mixer faulty, pathetic hot water pressure, mattress as old as the units and only a double size. Three star but 4 star for $3 a night more down the road..Will raise my concerns with the manager as here for 10 days!

  Unit no longer new but well maintained and very clean. Very well equipped for self catering. We were booked for an upstairs studio, but when owner saw how doddery we are she relocated us to a larger ground level motel. We heard some noise from the passersby, but this was expected as it was Halloween and Rugby World Cup final night, and the motel is not far from University facilities.
  
  Very easy to find for visitors to Dunedin and good access to the city.

  A very clean, pleasant comfortable and affordable stay.
  Highly recommend the family units..warm two storey cottage was great value for us.
  We will be back!
