Have stayed on the main street for years and you get tired of being woken by students g staggering home around midnight. Found this motel through a friend . Great being woken in the morning by the great bird song and the rooms are just lovely. Real comfortable beds and the people who run it are so good. Will continue to stay

After finding this place on short notice and the manager telling us that we didnt get one of the best rooms,4 stars cause be looking forward to giving you an extra star on our next visit 👍👍,

The motel was nice and the staff was friendly. The motel was build on the edge of the town belt which meant that it is really quiet. However the motel is relatively far away from Dunedin city centre, making it difficult to access without a car.

Stayed here a few years ago yes it was out dated. Well all I can say is well done! The place looks amazing! Better yet very friendly proprietors. Well done will be my first stop when staying in Dunedin.
