Very clean,modern rooms have everything you need!

A lovely place with easy access to the motorway.
Staff (including house keeping) were friendly and helpful despite how busy the place can be.
House keeping did an immaculate job, and the in room facilities were great!
I've given five stars despite some minor issues/gripes I have with the place. I would stay here again for my next visit.
1) TV size inadequate (I'm aware of owner feedback on another review stating these were specified to room size) was very hard reading the EPG on screen.
2) Ironing board inlay had disintegrated.
3) No 'do not disturb' signs provided.
4) WiFi is slow when using your last name and room number, I recommend before connecting you ask reception for the access code instead. If you have already connected and need to re-establish a session using the access code enter '1.0.0.0' into your internet browser and follow the prompts.
5) Electronic access cards were very temperamental in both the lifts and car parking.
6) Pillows on the bed were very hard; would recommend bringing your own if you prefer 'plump' pillows.response / report this review -

1Dec16 Very easy to reach by road from all directions and parts of Auckland because of location in the Highbrook commerical, industrial, logistics hub which is well connected to state highway network and motorways. But .. poor sign writing on building makes it difficult for first time visitors to identify the building even when using Google Maps. Paid public parking within 50 meters and wide ground floor entrances make entry very accessible.

A good clean and comfortable hotel. Free wifi for one device, and a selection of movies available.
The room I was in was compact, but didn't feel cramped. It was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and kitchenette.response / report this review
