I ordered an outdoor seat that was delivered to Christchurch. It arrived damaged. I sent an email and got the following response:
"I am very sorry to see the damage to your bench. We want your experience with our product to be a positive one.
Unfortunately it appears very clearly that this is transit damage.
I have copied in our [Transport] account manager who will arrange to get this uplifted and a new one delivered immediately. We will lodge a claim against them in this instance for the cost of a replacement bench."
A new seat arrived about a week later and they took the damaged seat away. Can't ask for better service than that. Well doneresponse / report this review -

Fantastic range of quality outdoor furniture and superlative staff. They were all proactive, knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive or pushy. A great team. I'd have confidence buying from there and will go back.

Huge selection in their Parnell Warehouse. Did find them a bit on the expensive side but the quality was really high as well. You pay for what you get!
