  arrogant attitude from checkout staff = sucks= no returning customer. PERIOD. OK, since you asked. on Saturday night 6ish pm young female European staff. AS I AM A VERY PRACTICAL PERSON, WHAT ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO RE-TRAIN ALL THE CHECKOUT STAFF??? I NEED A DEFINITE, UNAMBIGUOUS ANSWER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION IN ADVANCE.

  What an amazing store. This was my first time and I was really impressed.
  The layout, the lovely fresh produce, salads, etc, just everything beautifully displayed and wonderful staff.
  It takes a lot to impress me as I have been in retail management all of my working life, but I could guarantee that every visit to this outstanding place would be a treat. :)

  Excellent quality products and a great selection, staffs are also more engaged and ready to help with any product query. On several occasion found one of the staff member Sujal to be very helpful with polite manners and friendly, open and engaging personality with exceptional product knowledge making my shopping experience very delightful.

  As a French guy looking for a croissant, I wasn't disappointed with Farro's pastry, they're getting very close to the original! Three remarks: please keep the croissants away from the cheese pastries, don't get cereal grains on the croissants, and last but not least use more butter! 😊

  Great selection of food and drink, good for the food portion of your weekly shop and you can grab a decent lunch during the day for not much more than the generic burger places nearby.

  Can't believe I hadn't been to Farro before! Loved the amazing meats. If you are looking for a bargain we went on a Saturday and there was quite a bit of discounted meat!

  The original Farro Fresh store. Just beautiful and exotic food, so much to choose from and so much variety. Always something new and delicious to try - a foodie's heaven. Fresh produce very reasonably priced too.

  Always available to answer questions on the phone. Cheerful and helpful staff always happy to assist. The produce is amazing. Great atmosphere among staff. A real Buzz instore
