I absolutely LOVED my experience! My dress consultant was so helpful and kind, she gave me different ideas, made me and my guests very welcome and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I had an amazing experience at Jessica Couture Bridal! The store was absolutely incredible and we had the whole place to ourselves for my appointment. I already had a good idea of what dress I was wanting to try but our consultant was amazing and let us look around and pick out heaps of styles to try, for me though it was love at first sight for my dress and I found the one within half an hour! I had the most magical and amazing experience and can’t wait to go back for my fittings!! 🥰

Irena helped me pick my dress out. If I could give her 10 stars I absolutely would, never had such incredible customer service. She spent 2 and a half hours helping me pick out my favourite dresses and then letting me try all the favourites on over and over again before I decided on *the one*. I cannot rave highly enough about her, honestly recommend her to anyone going to Jessica Couture Bridal. She made the experience of buying my wedding dress the absolute best I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us 💛

My first appointment at Jessica Couture was the most incredible experience. Grace looked after me - she was fantastic! I tried on the most beautiful selection of dresses that I had found before my appointment on their website, highly recommend doing this to get the most out of the time you have. Grace was quickly able to run around the store and get them ready for me to try. Grace made me feel comfortable, beautiful and like a real bride! Thank you so much Grace and Jessica Couture :)

Had a terrible experience, really poor customer service and communication. Jeanette was incredibly rude, I was astounded at some of the things she said. Wouldn't recommend, was so disappointed.

They were great! I had my dress designed by Jessica. We had to go in about 4 or 5 times and every time they were helpful. I looked forward to each appointment!! I so loved my dress ❤️❤️❤️ and Jessica and the team were incredible each time.

The ladies here are excellent at what they do. They usually allow 2 people plus the bride but were super accommodating for our group of 4. Amazing collection of dresses.

I was shocked at how bad this place was after being recommended it. The lady kept pointing out the complete opposite styles of the dress I had described I wanted to look at. Then someone else took over but which improved a little but dresses were nothing special for the price and the service certainly was not worth the $50 we had to pay. I've had much better experiences at places where you do not have to pay to try on the dresses.

I had a great experience with the team at Jessica Bridal. I went to about 6 shops and they were the most helpful and patient. I had my amazing wedding dress designed by Jeanette and Jessica and made by Iryna. The lace was gorgeous. I loved it, he loved it and everyone loved it! You were all so great to deal with and very helpful. It’s not easy to put lots of different ideas together but you made it work perfectly for me. I highly recommend your team. Thank you all so much for my wedding dress. It was perfect and everything I had hoped for!

Loved this place! It was the first place I properly went to try dresses on. They were friendly honest and enthusiastic. They listened to me and were also helpful in advice of what to try. The last dress I tried on was epic, we all cried and all the staff flicked and made me feel special! I went to 3 other shops afterwards as I like to know I have made an informed decision, and no one was as nice, the dresses were not as lovely and and the prices were so much worse!! Very pleased with the modest pricing too! As some of the prices we have seen were extortionate! Thank you again Adele and Jessica bridal! I'm sorry I can't remember the other 2 ladies names who I went back to yesterday!! Can't wait to wear the dress for the wedding!!!!

Had a terrible experience. It was my first time ever trying on a wedding gown, so I clearly didn't know what to expect. Jeanette, who was my assistant made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time and made a ton of rude comments. She didn't tell me until the very end that there was a $40 fee to try on more than 3 dresses which was very sneaky because she is the one that kept bringing me new dresses to try on, I wasn't choosing them. I called in before hand to make sure there was a specific dress still available that I had seen on their website and she said yes so I drove all the way from the north shore and the other shop assistant very rudely said no, they sold it last week. I don't recommend this bridal shop to anyone unless you want very poor customer service.
