This store is super busy on Saturdays however Amit went out of his way to sort all the items I needed! We ended up purchasing a 4 pc bedroom suite, 2 single beds and 2 single mattresses. Because he was so friendly I went back to purchase 3 more items 2 days later for delivery this Thursday at no extra cost. Thanks IFurniture for offering great furniture at affordable prices! Amit your a star!

What a fking horrible shop. Last Sunday i was shopping in ifurniture, suddenly i heard hit noise and screaming from a room. Through a window i saw a woman slapped a man across the face many times and punched him. After the woman went out, she was laughing and exciting. She wore a name tag, so i assume she was a staff. I was so shocked and scared. Two staff fighting or a staff punch a customer? And even no one call the police? No security? I felt my personal safety was under threat. That's fking unbelievable. Jesus. Never go to the shop again. You guys really need some security.

It's been a while that we are buying furniture from here and I thought it's time I should write something.
I have always preferred to go there. It's that communicating on phone could be a bit challenging(people can't read your mind 😊), however, if you know your sales person that makes life much easier (Nav is very helpful). Staff is very courteous and willing to help you. Quality and designs are good. However if you are looking for lounge and dinning furniture for a small family/place then it could be a challenge. Other than that its a great place to buy furniture from.. highly recommended.

Was wanting to buy a leather lounge suite and found one that I liked here at ifurniture called the Arbington made from Genuine Leather. Unfortunately didn't buy one
The suite I was looking at was displayed and advertised as genuine leather I informed the sales staff that I want genuine leather and not the fake leathers and she said yes it is, then I asked her the grade of the leather and she couldn't tell me, nor could she show or tell me anything to prove it was genuine leather as advertised. All she could tell me was that the leather has no chemicals in it so that makes it genuine leather!!! I mean really if you are going to say it is real leather then surely you can prove it. I told the sales girl I can go to Harvey Norman's and other stores and the sales staff can provide the information required. All I got from this store was I can take your phone number and when I get the information on the leather I will call you. As I expected a week later no phone call. Why sell something when you don't even know what you are actually selling besides knowing it is a couch. I would be very weary of purchasing any leather couches from this store, especially when they advertise real leather, when it is probably real fake leather.

From the street, it doesn't look like much, but the showroom is actually enormous! A lot of interesting furniture at quite competitive prices. Well worth a look.

I do not recommend them. They did not have in stock the item that I paid in advance for. It took nearly four weeks to arrive. And the product would seem to be overpriced by 100%.

Visited ifurniture in Thursday late night, purchased around $5k for my new property and the furniture delivered today. Now everything opened, assembled and sitting on the new sofa. Very happy with the purchase and service. The same thing may costs $9K or more in Harvey Norman and with cheaper deliver charge.
I do not agree with some of the comments bellow. If you are a generous Kiwi like to be dealt easily, naturally, but not be skillfully followed, guided and squeezed, ifurniture is the best place.
