When first walking into this place everything seems and looks fine, but after trying out two different rooms I'm left injured and not at all impressed. The downstairs rooms were designed for disabled access in the bathrooms which is a nice thought but when you use the shower (not enclosed) the entire bathroom tiled floor instantly becomes very slippery and unsafe. It was so bad even just standing still in bare feet trying to brush my teeth I fell over 3 times. I ended up having to put on shoes just to use the shower without slipping over. Further in the upstairs room the metal tv bracket actually is in the way of safely walking around the bed and in the dark I accidentally smacked my head hard on the metal tv bracket (which shouldn't even be in the way of safely walking around the bed). Seriously who designed this place? It's a osh hazzard disaster. I was happy about how nice and clean the rooms are but seriously hurting myself from unsafe rooms has left me very unhappy and in my opinion nobody should be staying here until the safety issues are resolved. The slippery shower floor needs anti slip grip added to the floor tiles and the tv bracket should be removed completely or at least put in a safe place where you won't hit your head just getting back to bed. These are not nice to have wishes safety is essential and everybody's right, it shouldn't be neglected.

We had family unit. Roomy. Good size kitchen. Beds comfy. On corner of busy intersection. Reasonably quiet for amount of traffic. Eateries not far in all directions. A little aged .

Worst motel stay in my life!!! Booking for 3 people, only 2 towels in bathroom. They promote whirlpool bath but no extra spa towels. When we asked for extra towels we were given 1 towel and 1 facecloth. Pull out bed for 3rd person had no blankets or pillows. ( did not check this upon arrival and went out that night arriving back after midnight to find the bed had no bedding). When we alerted the office the following morning multiple excuses given! No wifi as advertised, no compendium with motel information. Oh and when we were given a blanket, it was a thin acrylic blanket and a duvet cover with no inner just a cover!! Room was simplistic and in need of a revamp. Toilet flush button had to be tapped several times to stop water running into the bowl. Broken button on electrical socket in kitchen (when switched off it still worked). They advertise that they would take 1st night payment 2 days prior to arrival and balance to be paid on check out, this did not happen, upon check in we were charged full amount for the 3 days we had booked for. (Felt like a criminal who was going to do a runner). I would have cancelled this booking had I seen this motel or read the reviews prior to booking!!! (Lesson for the future, always check reviews). Only thing I was happy about is the bed I slept in was very comfortable and yes road noise is an issue if you are a light sleeper and neighbouring rooms can be quite noisey because of thin walls. Disappointed in quality of property and recommend it for backpackers! 😟
