WOW!!! What an amazing experience from start to finish and where do I begin. Pravin is the best even during level 3 he still got the job done, he's been so helpful even when I changed my mind with colour, it wasn't a problem. And of cause the lay was fast, efficient and completely hassle free, those guy's know their stuff. Also Cher organising the vinyl lay these guy's are the best.
Thank you to all of you who had a part of making this customer so happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE 🤣🤣🤣

Fantastic service from Crown Flooring Extra. Pravin is very knowledgeable and can explain all the pros and cons of different carpet types and his recommendation re: colour was spot on as well! We are very happy with our new carpet. The team worked so well with us through all the different stages starting from measurements through to installation. The installers also helped us with little things to make the experience so much better. Thank you, Pravin and the team!

Dealt with them on and off for 20 years. Good with details. Systematic in approach, clear honest advice. May leave you waiting for service when busy or when having to wait for carpet manufacturer responses but better to wait and have everything right first time. May also lose track of requests over the busiest Christmas holiday period but no one is perfect, I don't give the fifth star easily.

We were delighted with the service we received from the team at New Lynn. The advice in carpet selection was outstanding, the booking in process for the carpet laying was very efficient and the laying of the carpet was very professional. The carpet layers were quick, quiet and the quality of final job was fabulous. We highly recommend both the service and product we received.
