  Had a really good experience. Bought tiles and all necessary things for new bathroom for my investment property. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products and help me to choose the right one. Very happy with the service provided and delivered on time. Excellent job guys. Keep it up

  Got a white Vanity with pop up waste and tiles with glue, trims and grout for a job. Firstly when collecting order, glue and pop up waste wasn't with the order. Then when got to site and opened boxes I found out that wrong colour "Black" Vanity has been supplied and one box of tiles are cracked. After much hassle had to collect tiles and correct Vanity. I thought finally I can finish this job but no. The doors on the White Vanity had marks on it. Which until today hasn't been sorted out. I must say the quality has gone from ok to below average and customer service is below standard. So many mistakes with one order and not to mention the amount of time wasted. When you call and leave a message no one gets back to you. Have to call multiple times to get one small thing sorted and then another mistake. Extremely disappointed 😠😡.
  27/01/21 - After refusing to rectify their mistake at their own cost, I sent my plumber 'at my cost' over to collect replacement doors which I was assured are correct. He collected it and went to install and guess what. WRONG DOORS SUPPLIED. $80 OF MY MONEY DOWN THE TOILET.😠😡.

  Great service had a WC which some how after a month had a hairline crack spoke to Rohan at Manukau branch he was lovely to talk to and understood my problem and urgency he arranged for the plumber to replace the WC in only 3days time. Thanks Rohan and team at Bath & Tile

  Fantastic Customer Service provided by Jatinder. She was very helpful throughout the process to arrange the pick up and arranging installation of Shower door booked in a timely manner.
  Will definitely recommend this store to others.

  I have had many dealings with Bath & Tile over the years.
  I have found their products of a high quality and a very reasonable price.
  But without great staff a company is nothing.
  Raman is fantastic to deal with, her personality and her product knowledge is exceptional. RaFor Raman nothing is to much trouble.
