These guys are wizzards. They were able to recover data from a broken phone when everyone else told us that it couldn’t be done. Great price and they got the whole job done within the afternoon. They were able to do the same with a friends laptop under similar circumstances.
Will be recommending this place to anyone having issues with their phone or computer. When everyone else tells you it’s impossible, try this place.response / report this review -

Absolutely amazing service. Took my MacBook in for a free assessment after it stopped turning on. I thought it might have been liquid damage after getting caught out in the rain, and had written it off completely and was already looking to replace it.
Then I decided to take it here in the off chance it could be fixed. I’m so glad I did, they were able to fix it for a fraction of the price of a new laptop, easily saved me $1500+. There was no risk either, with the free assessment and a 3-month warranty. Super nice and friendly guys as well, they even apologised for not replying on a Sunday evening. I would strongly recommend all of my friends if they have any issues with their product. 73inc is just a one stop solution for all my apple product service and I have been dealing with them for more than 3 years and never once was disappointed. Enzo was amazing with his knowledge and skills in this sector. The whole team from Michele to all are amazing people. Awesome service and skilled people.

update in reply: I don’t need to say anything else now you’ve described my feedback as a “Karen” (?) “tantrum”. The public can make a decision regarding whether to deal with you.
The original battery was working just fine, only the cable was at fault. Besides, my review is in regard to the quality of the replaced parts and the lack of responsibility taken for the poor quality and lifespan of the parts - that is the whole story. 76 cycles for a "new" "high quality" battery is appalling. The review does not defame the company, however provides an insight to what customers may experience if replacing parts here.
Finally, I haven't made any threats so please think before making accusations like that.
Poor quality, faulty parts at overinflated prices. Duped into paying over the top for a battery replacement and service (dust?) for a working machine that needed one cable replacing. The battery failed after 76 cycles and the company refuses to take any responsibility. My Mac is worse off now than before I took it in. Save money and a big headache, look elsewhere.response / report this review -

A friendly and honest team with unparalleled customer service.73inc helped me with a MacBook Pro main board repair . Apple authorized advised after charging a hefty price for inspection that the main board needed replacement .
73inc did the diagnostics for no charge and also repaired the board for less than 1/4 the cost of the main board replacement price.
Glad I found them. Thank you to the team there at 73inc for the honest work and also for the updates along the way. I am sure to use them over other places just because of this amazing experience.response / report this review -

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick. My iMac needed a new hard drive, they knew all about the model, providing helpful advice on things to look for; a step-by-step guide on what the work would entail; they then switched out the drive, cleaned the inside and had it ready inside 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Enzo at 73INC was amazing. My Mac's hard drive had failed and I was in a panic. I contacted 73INC and the person on the other end of the phone was super helpful and asked me to bring in my Mac. On arriving there, the level of service, expertise and knowledge was outstanding and they put in a new hard drive, plus transferred all my data in a matter of hours. They fixed my iPhone at the same time in minutes.
They also advised me of the ideal backup scenario. My Mac is running superbly now.

I'd just like to thank Enzo and his team for the fantastic work they did! I ended up leaving my computer with them for some time as I couldn't make it back in for a few weeks and they were very understanding. They were very professional, recommended a cheaper alternative for my needs and were very efficient. Highly recommend!
