  Thanks to the owner for swapping over a couple of transition bars for me, even though I had purchased them 2-3 months ago and it was all of about $90.
  
  There is always a back story and mine is that I live in the Far North and had a builder install a new floor two months ago, but my product quantity was off. This was my first chance to drop in (310km from home) and ask for a straight product swap.
  
  I'm the little guy home owner who doesn't buy a lot, so I really appreciated the opportunity to do a straight swap. Thanks for making a positive difference to my day.

  Waited atleast 1 week for my products. That in the end were sent to the wrong place🤦🏽‍♂️. . Product is very good stuff. In the end I went to the tauranga branch which they were amazing. Look online please sort your delivery service out.
