A big thank you to Debs, Amanda and crew for doing a great job on my hair today. My new colour looks so natural. Was a long day to get it from what it was to the lovely new colour but enjoyed the experience, you all were very friendly and professional.

This was my First time going to collective , I booked in with Karly as i had heard great things about her work. Karly really listened to me during the consultation and I'm in love with my new hair. I feel like Karly really paid attention during my colour and cut and it paid off in the results. I highly recommend karly :)

Lauren corrected my hair, as previous hair dresses didn't do the balayage correctly as I was very dark before. She seriously knows what she is talking about and I'm so happy with my hair now! Overall the salon is really nice and all friendlyas have been in a few times for treatments before getting it dyed. Defo going to go back!

I was in desperate need of getting my hair cut and coloured as I hadn't had it done in a while. My friend recommended Collective Hair and Make up Professionals so I thought I'd give it a go. As soon as I walked in they made me feel very welcome and the salon had a lovely warm vibe. I had no idea what I wanted doing to my hair so a couple of the girls sat with me and went through th options. A very lovely stylist called Karly Penner cut and coloured my hair and I was over the moon with the results. I felt like a new woman. All the ladies were super friendly and I had a really nice relaxing afternoon in the Salon. Will 100% go back there again.

Just had the pleasure of finding one of the best hair salons I have ever experienced. I had to visit Queenstown to find the greatest stylist. Colour and styling is perfect! The time taken and attention to detail was above and beyond what I would normally expect. Deborah is obviously very passionate, knowledgeable and the ultimate professional in her craft and that is reflected throughout the salon. Atmosphere is very friendly and easygoing. Wish I was a local !!! Thank you.

I had my hair cut and coloured by Deborah who was full of knowledge and so passionate about hair. I had my hair highlighted and the color was perfect and so natural. She cut and styled it beautifully really taking her time to make it perfect. I highly recommend Deborah at Collective as a hair stylist and colourist! :)

After a messy colour job at another salon, I went to Collective for help and was absolutely thrilled with their professional and considerate approach. They're my regular salon now and I'm always impressed by the friendly service, the calm and relaxing salon and the fantastic results they achieve. Whether you're a local or just visiting Queenstown, Collective should be your go-to!

Would highly recommend any of the ladies at Collective. I haven't coloured my hair for years mainly due to lack of confidence in the stylist but since making Collective my new go to for hair and talking to Lauren she filled me with the confidence I needed. I showed her a few pics and explained my ideal look and she happily took it upon herself to deliver. It looks amazing and just what I wanted. Best salon in Queenstown 😃

Lauren at Collective is simply incredible. I have had long hair for the past 15 years and was finally considering cutting it short. Lauren patiently listened to what I wanted, respected my hesitance to make a change, shared her honest opinion without making me feel pressured, and ultimately made me feel comfortable and confident enough to do it—and I am so happy I did! Lauren is amazing at what she does, and she makes you feel amazing as well. She also helped me with all of my different hair queries, from what kind of shampoo I should use to how I can easily style my hair in my own low-maintenance no-tools way. I would recommend her to anyone—as a person, she is wonderful to talk to, and as a stylist, she is an absolute talent!

I have been coming here for years because the team know how to color my hair so it looks natural and regrowth is hardly recognizable. The team are long term locals and you don't have to worry about a new person doing your hair every time.
