A must visit for wine lovers!

We have been driving around visiting vineyards in the last a few days and this is by far the most impressive for both the wine quality and tasting experience. If you are into wines then this place should definitely be on your radar for a visit.

Misha's is a family owned new plantation based on a historical gold mine location. The 26 acres of land provides a list of aromatic whites and centroal otago's signature pinot noirs. As a reasonably small player, this is listed as the top 20 wine producers of New Zealand - and if you taste, you will be able to tell.

the Tasting shop is now moved to across the road from the previously within the vineyards so it is now much easier to find. We are welcomed by friendly staff with great knowledge and compassion for the wine. Every tasting is a quality sip here. We also had a casual chat with the owner Misha and Andy. You can see even though the place is not that old but they certainly have their story to tell.

Given that Otago is quite crowded wine country, Misha's certainly stand out with their quality effort and their wine is very reasonably priced. This should be on your driving map and you will only be happily surprised.

Beautiful wines a stones throw from the vines.

Stopped in here by chance and had a wonderful time. We were served by Misha herself who gave us a great verbal tour of her vineyard, backed up with glasses of Centrals finest. Obviously showcasing some great Pinot Noir labels they also boast a delightful range of other wines which are worth stopping for by themselves.

Sadly not at the vineyard itself but certainly a much more convenient location, this is a must stop for any traveller (I'm sure the locals are already regulars!)
