Had an excellent Harmony massage. The massuer Fia was excellent skillfully loosening my muscle knots. Loved the dream room with the cuppa after the massage as its a real treat not to feel rushed to leave after a relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

We loved our couples Spa Treatment last weekend to celebrate my birthday 🎂 We prepared ourselves by enjoying a soak in the spa, time in the sauna and a hot shower.
Kate and Nyoman were friendly, professional and gave us the deep tissue massages we needed. They made us feel relaxed and pampered. Special thanks to Rhi and Jacqui for arranging extra food to be delivered afterwards 😋response / report this review -

The spa was great but unfortunately the man at the desk at reception was very unhelpful and unfriendly. After the spa (which I paid for) I asked the man at reception if I could quickly use the guest wifi to order an Uber to my Airbnb. This would probably have only taken 30 seconds to do. After explaining my situation he told me he wasn’t responsible for providing me with any wifi. I told him I couldn’t get home if I didn’t have wifi. He said he would check if I had used the spa and then he didn’t even do that and came back and said to me again that he couldn’t help me. I am over here from Brisbane as I have family here. I found this treatment really poor and doesn’t even reach a level of human decency. Even just from a safety point of view this isn’t appropriate. You can go to Starbucks and spend way less than I spent on the spa and get free wifi!!! I had to walk up the street in the dark and freezing cold rain to a local cafe who let me use their wifi without having to purchase anything…No one should be treated like this…My partner is a major property developer and Millionaire in Brisbane and we will not be staying here on my next trip over and I will be telling his high rolling friends not to stay here!!! A little kindness goes a long way in business….

The massage was way beyond excellence. Staffs and therapists are welcoming and nice. Highly recommend steam, sauna & spa before the session, totally enhance the treatment. The whole experience is unforgettable.

Came here with my wife for my birthday, it was fantastic. We did the 90 minute massage and steam/ sauna/ ice experience followed by a swim in the heated pool. Unfortunately the Male ice experience wasn't working that day which was very disappointing but they made up for it by giving me a complimentary glass of bubbly for my birthday! Five stars. The pool is a lovely temperature and I could spend all afternoon in it. Also the jacuzzi is not too hot, normally I can only spend 10 minutes in a spa before i get too hot but the one here is lovely, nice even on a hot day.

Extremely warm, welcoming & professional staff. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to be relaxed and taken care of. Amazing facilities and being able to use the pool facilities before and after our treatment was great. We made a real afternoon of it. We will definitely return. Thanks!

Just went here on the week end for a half hour couples massage. This gives u unlimited access to the whole spa as well. The whole experience from valet parking, walking thru the Langdon to get there, extremely opulent surroundings, very lovely helpful staff, massage which felt too short and well maintained awesome facilities made us feel very relaxed and well pampered. We stayed for over 4 hours. Loved the herbal steam room the most, was like being inside a herbal tea. Will definitely be back!!

Went for a 1.30 hr treatment package.. felt like it wasn't worth the money we paid. The lady was nice and lovely.. but didn't really feel extremely satisfied when we left. Went into room had a quick consultation waited 10min and when we were done it was 15min before expected finishing time.. so more like 1hour appt time all together. Expected a nice massage but it was just rubbing oil on my body so wasn't really relaxed. Was looking forward to this experience but it was not really satifying!
