  Could not hear with my hearing aides.
  Checked batteries, used the dehumidifier, cleaned with supplied tools, no luck.
  Note I was on holiday from Australia for family medical reasons, my hearing aides were not purchased from Centrsl Audiology.
  I made an email enquiry in regards to how I might remedy my aides.
  I was promptly given a reply, I was informed an audiologist would be in until 3:30, I made my way to their office.
  I spoke with the receptionist, whom was polite and considerate and even suggested I leave my aides with her, come back at 11:30 and be given a result.
  Pamela the audiologist had dismantled the hearing aides, found an excess of moisture do cleaned, dried the aides and returned then to me like brand new. She also changed the tubing, in short it was nothing short of amazing.
  They not only restored my aides, they gave me a holiday with context l, conversations with family and friends, the opportunity to be involved and not "just there". My gratitude to these people is incomparable, their kindness and patience was heart warming, whilst maintaining courtesy and professionalism, thank you so much

  Central Audiology did a great job in identifying my ear problem and then booked me in for a full hearing assessment after treating the initial issue.
  
  I found them very professional and the treatment was very thorough. I would highly recommend Central Audiology as the place of choice for any ear issues. Very professional service.
