Aimz Fitness has been a great outlet for me as I go there to get away from all my stress. It has been greay for my fitness journey as i have started to progress with the help of the amazing Trainers provided.

I’ve finally found a place to workout where I do not have to worry about my body image while working on my body image.
The team are friendly and the owner is fabulous. The gym is spotless, the equipment is excellent and the classes are awesome. It feels more like a community than a gym as even the clientele are supportive of one another.

Joined this gym approx 2 years ago. Aimee and her amazing staff are the best motivators. There is no pretense or atmosphere of having to look or dress certain ways. Everyone is there with health and well being in mind. The staff are so knowledgeable and drive you to gain so much more confidence and skill set in the gym environment. If you want a really professional yet relaxed and family vibe gym then this is your place. The equipment is of highest quality. My 13 year old son is also a member and his trainer Spencer has the most amazing report with children. 10/10 from me
