I had been suffering from dizziness for some time and had seen all sorts of ear, nose, throat doctors and other hearing specialists and all claimed that they could solve the problem, but none managed. I was getting desperate and someone recommended Central Audiology. They saw me, treated me like an intelligent adult, asked a lot of questions about the history of my symptoms, performed a range of tests and came up with a treatment plan and I have now had 4 months with no symptoms at all. The only thing I regret is, now that I am "repaired" I won't have any excuses to go and see them again. They always made me feel so welcome!

We were lucky enough to see the fantastic Hilton for an audiology assessment for our three year old. Hilton was calm, patient, engaging and exceptionally thorough. Our child was at ease the whole time (over an hour) and Hilton made the experience playful and relaxed. We received an excellent report and clear plan which will help guide our next steps and was really reassuring. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. I would HIGHLY recommend central audiology, they provide an exceptional service. Thank you Hilton and the team!

Great experience getting fitted for custom surf ear plugs to avoid development of surfers ear. Staff were very professional and the fitting process and ear plug selection was fast and easy. I was even informed of the evidence of any surfers ear currently present in my ears during the process. Would highly recommend to anyone interested!
