  I would not recommend this company to anyone!
  Several flaws and poor attention to detail on the pergola we paid thousands for.
  They even drilled holes in the wrong spot in our concrete, didnt tell us about their mistake until we inspected the pergola after they had left.
  The roof was randomly done with panels being at different widths, one side over hanging, the other not, not symmetrical. We had a list of concerns and asked to be compensated for the manager to eventually get back to us offering us bulk tissues as compensation (literal packs of tissues). I honestly couldnt believe it. Very unprofessional company with poor customer service skills.
  Later advised they want to ‘fix any problems’ after i repeatedly raised my concerns however they have made no effort to arrange for the builders to come back, then they stopped replying to my txts and emails. Definitely do not feel like a valued customer!
