  It was a nice Sunday night out with friend and enjoy the food there. The food is nice and tasty, but personally we feel too much meats. However, the meat lover will definitely love to go there. And we are really lucky that we got a chance to try the pork hock which need to preorder 48 hours ahead, and we did it in the morning of the day.
  We also try the beef sausage and fried chicken. Of course they have really beautiful name for those dishes, I just couldn't remember it.
  And the service was nice, very kind and friendly.
  Oh nearly forgot to mention, we did have a entree bread for voucher. The bread is really nice and make us fully full before we get into main.
  It's a food of Vienna. 😁😁

  we went there with a Groupon voucher, however, they said we have not pre-ordered the pork hocks when we made reservation, so there were no pork hocks for us (we have to order something else). they first said that it was mentioned in the deal, then I showed them the deal on the Groupon website (also my printed voucher) and it did NOT mention that customers have to pre-order when making reservation. then they said Groupon has made mistakes in the deal we were totally disappointed. we bought the voucher because of the signature food - pork hocks. we were shocked that we, the customers, have to be treated in that way (that's NOT our fault)

  07-OCT-2016.We booked a table to celebrate my husband's bithday and it happened that they were running the Oktoberfest festival.The food was good but my family and I (15 PAX), are not coming back. We were overcharged and there wasn't a way the administration or the chef will change their mind. The chef got out of the kitchen with a kitchen knife on hand pretending it was a joke, never the less a very intimidating joke, and did not allow the till staff or us (the customers) explain that there was an error in the account and that we had been overcharged. After a month or so we got the some money refunded not sure if it was the correct amount, but the bitter after taste still is in our memory.

  Great Experience! We went there the 2nd time and once more, food was very good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although this is an Austrian place, many of the dishes are very similar/identical to German dishes if that is what you are after. You definitely should get something with Spaetzle along with gravy. Delicious! Or try the potato salad (Kartoffelsalat). This place can be very popular at times, so you most likely want to book ahead of time. And they also have German beer on tap. Try the "Erdinger Hefeweizen" or the "Erdinger Kristallweizen" and you'll be all set. Enjoy!

  Great German specialties. Really lovely cakes and pastries. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice quiet location near Tahuna Torea bird sanctuary.

  Went there with my father, his gf and my brother. The menu is great, easy to understand - you can have your choice of pork, beef or chicken. I chose the pork Gypsy Schnitzel. The food came out all at once, and was prepared with care. The taste - amazing! loved it! oh i wanted a second dinner! For dessert I chose the nougat caramel which is made on site and it was exquisite!!
  I cannot recommend the Carinthia highly enough - the food is just amazing and at a very good price. $28 mains. I will absolutely be back :) - very pleased.
