The place was beautiful and the rooms were comfortably done up. With the New Zealand bush at their backyard, it was a beautiful sanctuary for the birds. So much care goes into preserving the natural habitat! The biggest regret that we had was spending only one night at the location.

But what really set this location apart besides the serene and peaceful environment, was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. Ian and Jenny went out of their way to make sure we were always comfortable, making that special effort to take good care of us. Knowledgeable and friendly, we felt we were in good hands for our entire duration of our stay.

Truly the best experience in our entire trip around the South Island
