  I have bought many things from time to time from Bunnings, some of it being in the Ryobi battery tool products. The reason for this quick email is because I have now gone through 2 half inch drive impact guns under warranty and although I use it a lot I do look after it, each has had a different fault, upon return the staff replace the product without any hassle at all. So impressive it keeps me going back for any other items I require. Thanks For Great Service.

  I have had the best service at Bunnings compared to their competitors. The paint shop staff helped me immensely with great tips. When their supplier delayed delivery of my oven they arranged for it to be delivered directly to me for free. There are always staff available to help.

  I have just looked up Bunnings for their phone Number and decided to read the reviews! After reading the most recent one that was very negative I wish to write about my experiences at this store. There is always someone available to lug my fire pellets out to my car and place them in the boot (willingly). The Greeter at the door tells me what aisle I need to go to when I tell her what I'm after. The men out the back have been happy to cut wood to the size I require when I'm attempting a project. The Ladies Nights they hold are fantastic and very informative and fun. Garden advice has been great too. All in all I have had fantastic service. even down to offering to source a special type of vacuum cleaner I was after for my fireplace. I think they are great. every bit as good as anywhere else. Perhaps it just pays to ask if you are unsure.

  Bunnings is a miserable experience. The staff is great but bound by horrid management policies. If you need help, best of luck as first off there is very little help and secondly if you do find help they most likely won't be able to help you. Disorganized; go to the hardware section looking for a simple bolt and finally found it when it had been put at the top of the shelf instead of sequentially where it should have been. Watch those prices because so many times it will ring up much higher than advertised; I wonder why never lower than advertised? If you buy something in their tool section you must pay before leaving to carry on the rest of your shopping; massive inconvenience. When you finally have had enough frustration and decide to check out be prepared to wait and wait as once again they rarely have enough staff on! Before I go I always weigh whether it doesn't make more sense to drive an extra 10 minutes each way to go to the competition up the road; just wish this company would ever care about the customer instead of treating each customer as if they were a nuisance.
