i was looking to buy a washing machine and on walking into your store i was kindly looked after vicki who helped us with choosing the right machine for us. I was very happy with my interactions with her but when the delivery man arrived on friday to deliver it i was blown away. He arrived to find no one home so rang me and with instructions managed to get into our garage, remove our old washing machine, remove the one i was using and in finding wet towels in it placed them into our dryer for us. He then attached my new machine all ready for use when i arrived home. Now that is what i call exceptional service and would like you to let both vicki and matt that i appreciated their help and will return in future purchases. You can be very proud of these two. thank you. bronwyn and john
