I'd first like to say that the ring I received looks very well done.
However, my fiance had many issues when ordering my engagement ring. First, the website needs some updating. Every little choice you make, or sometimes even when just scrolling down the site, the site will perform a full refresh. This resulted in my fiance choosing the option for an engraving but when the page refreshed the option she chose was subsequently erased without her knowing. She then received a blank ring and had to pay for the engraving AS WELL as for shipping it back to New Zealand (we live in the USA) all because the website is very archaic as far as it is designed. She paid all they asked for, but the fact that Jens Hansen was unwilling to at least reimburse the shipping cost or help out in any way at all was very insulting after she spent over $700 on my ring.
TLDR: Be aware of the website when ordering. It is not up to date and will erase options chosen. Also, pictures show BLACK SPEECH on rings but they cannot legally sell rings with Black Speech. False advertising and terrible customer service. I'll never recommend anybody purchase The One Ring from them.response / report this review -

Ordered an engagement ring from Jens Hansen to surprise my now-fiance. She loved it, and we had to come back for the wedding rings to match. We love the rings - they're just what we were looking for and will make our wedding day that much more special.
We love the Lord of the Rings and were so happy to discover Jen Hansen's history with the movies. The ability to work in the Elvish and the LOTR fonts are so unique and so awesome!
The quick shipping was greatly appreciated - it was so exciting to see the rings in the mail just a couple days after they were finished being made.
And to top it off, the service is excellent - very responsive and helpful in making the right selection without being able to see anything in person. Made us much more comfortable making this big of a purchase over the web!response / report this review -

Was at a loss for words when I received the beautiful piece- it is amazing, beyond any expectation i may have had. My love for Tolkien and the films is matched by few, so I was cautious not to let my imagination get too carried away yet this piece was everything I could have hoped for! The worksmanship, the color, the weight.. exactly what I envisioned and more. So thankful to the team, it is a truly meaningful piece, and will be for the rest of my life (it's my wedding band of course).

Process was as easy as pie, easy to navigate, quick shipping and a stunning result in product! My ring came in beautiful condition and I'm incredibly happy with their service and products. Massive Lord of the Rings fan and I couldn't be happier to receive a product from the original creators, I've ordered from here twice and its been flawless.

This is a unique and incredibly gratifying service. Craftsmanship is impeccable and the finished product something truly remarkable to a LOTR fan. 'The One Ring' is not just impressive but beautifully boxed and created with great care from quality metal.
It doesn't just end there howevertheir customer service is also something to be both admired and aspired to. I was individually emailed asking me to let them know I had received it safely and that I was satisfied with it. I had an email discussion with the man who made it and was astounded how much care and attention they pay their customers.
I should add that I did buy the one that was in the lowest price range because I've had bad experiences buying things via importation. This says a lot for Jens Hansen considering there are people who will have undoubtedly bought rings ten times that price and I still got the same treatment as anyone else.
I will be upgrading next year for my collection! 👌response / report this review -

The rings are flawless! They are beautiful and they fit perfectly. We have no complaints, and are very happy we chose to purchase our wedding rings from Jens Hansen. We send our deepest compliments to your studio! Aiden and Taylor are truly masters of the craft! Also, Lee-Anne and Tanya were so helpful with the entire process, and I was really happy to get to know them.

the best ring ever! I got speechless just seeing the whole presentation of the parcel and of course the wonder inside. I felt over the moon and when I handed it to my boyfriend u can't imagine!! I fully recommend Jens Hansen Ringmaker if you really want to surprise and give a high quality and gorgeous present to someone important or special in your life!! truly worth it!! xxx

I have nothing but praise for the professional manner in which my order was processed. I requested an elvish love ring with custom engraving to the inside and standard engraving to the outside of the ring for my daughter's 21st birthday. She is an avid fan of the
Lord of the Rings books and this is a pertinent, special gift. The staff keep me updated at every stage of the process and even accommodated a tight time frame for dispatching the order. I received the goods within 5 days and tracked the parcel's progress with FedEx. I was delighted with the detail and delicacy of the ring and would not hesitate to recommend the company. Last week I finally "bit the bullet" and had a custom "replica ring" made for myself. 9ct rose gold(I think you call it red gold), 5mm with an inscription on the outside. I just have to say how perfect it is. It's lightweight, a perfect width for my smaller hands, the inscription is nice and dark and clear. It looks and feels like it came right off the movie set. The dream of so many Tolkien fans is to have a ring made with our own inscription, poem or spell in tengwar runes, and my dream has been fulfilled. This is the centerpiece of my Tolkien collection, most deservedly so.

I ordered the One Ring about two weeks ago from France. I got the item last week-end. I think the One Ring is really cool and very well crafted! I can't stop looking at it, it's an amazing jewel.
The wood box is beautiful and the packaging was really solid!
I'm a huge fan of the lord of the rings and the ring made me watch the movies again yesterday, really epic franchise!

The Team at Jens Hansen were top quality from idea, to concept, to design and to the finished product. While Lee-Anne replied to my initial request the lovely Tanya carried most of the details alongside the incredibly talented Zane who brought me a fantastic 3D render of what the end design would be. With only a month before our trip to New Zealand the team were incredibly fast at replying, keeping me in the loop and getting everything done not just quickly and ahead of schedule, but to a higher standard of what I expected and to a quality that photos do no justice (despite the hundreds my new fiancée has taken). Thank you so much Jens Hansen for making our ring so special and taking into account my budget and design requests. I sought them out as they had designed the One Ring for the Lord of the Rings, and what I received was the one ring for the love of my life! Can't wait to visit in a few days!

We just received my fiance's wedding ring and we are BLOWN AWAY by how amazing it is. We chose palladium with an elvish inscription on the outside and english inscription on the inside. The rings fits perfectly and looks and feels amazing!!! The customer service and follow-up has also been fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. If you're looking for a replica of the "one ring" this is your shot - do NOT pass them up. They're worth every penny and I can't brag about this company enough. They made our wedding dreams come true :)

We're absolutely thrilled with the end result! The amount of details on the rings is fantastic, we love the engraving, the weight and delicacy of the rings, the way the shine, so many things to talk about, just wow!
Thank you and the team, for making such a nice piece of art for us, we knew from the beginning that we made the right choice when we contacted you to do the work for our rings. It's something that will last for our lifetime and will carry on as a legacy of our love, commitment and happiness. All of our friends and family are excited as we are with the final product, and it's such a wonderful story to tell, the people that made "The Lord of the Rings" rings made our wedding rings, who gets to say that?
