Awesome beach views, especially for sunrises at 6.30am in summer. You can see all the constellations and the milky way clearly at night! Sheltered from a storm due to placement of hut. Awesome fishing if you like parrot fish. Harder to catch blue cod, leather jacket and finding paua also. Crystal clear beach waters if you don't mind the freezing cold. Off a boat or off the rocks you can catch an octopus! Beware of great white sharks. School sharks known to be caught also.
