Overpriced. Poor bathroom amenities. Couldn't get shower open and water pressure poor. No hair dryer. Charged $5 to wash and dry 1 load of clothes in the communal laundry..extra $1 for laundry powder if you dont have your own. Electric sockets loose in wall. Cooked and continental breakfast available for room delivery (no restaurant) but way overpriced. Cheaper to eat out for brekkie. On the plus side, the thermal springs spa that each unit has was awesome and the motel allows pets.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked accomadation a month prior to arriving and when we turned up they said they were fully booked and had no rooms avalible for us. We showed them emails from them confirming our booking but still continued saying we never made a booking
Cleanish rooms tho could do with a vacuum. Bed was a little stiff but ok for one night. Enjoyed relaxing in the private thermal pool out the back of the room. All and all was good stay.
Nice little place but Wi-Fi is generally quite slow
We like it here because of the private heated pools. Rooms are fine. Everything you need for a night or two. Parking ok. Motel needs a revamp as everything including the hot pools is looking very dated and tired.
Great size, clean sheets all that, heaters and electric blankets, clean functional bathroom with good shower, solid 5 stars
The decor is a bit retro but it is lovely and clean, plus very quiet. We enjoyed the spa unit as we could sit in the thermal pool and look up at the stars.
Was very hot upstairs and no way to cool the place down. No doubt lovely in winter.
Lovely thermal pool which we enjoyed with our family. Nice clean units with plenty of space and lots of kitchen appliances. Easy to find. They even gave us a free bottle of milk on arrival. Lovely place to stay.
Very cosy, friendly management & staff service, rooms tidied if u want daily, easy parking, free WiFi , I would certainly go back or make another booking here.
This accommodation needs proper accurate info online about its family rooms which are very difficult if you have young children, fine with older though. Nowhere was it mentioned that the second room was a mezzanine floor up quite a steep set of stairs. A very narrow gap between the end of the beds the open stair and bathroom. A portacot is literally impossible to fit into the master room and fills up the lounge area so you xan hardly move. With a baby and a 3 year old upstairs it was a nightmare of up and down through the night, creaky stairs and floor disturbing the sleeper in the lounge and eventually mum camping out upstairs. If we had known the setup we would not have booked. Again, fine for families with older kids but dreadful with little ones. Plus, $15 a night for the portacot, not mentioned anywhere online nor was the booking query about the portacot answered.
Nice pool. A little noisy by main road but worth a visit
